About the Role

The Academic Associate will play a crucial role in supporting GREMI’s faculty across a spectrum of academic activities—teaching, research, curriculum enhancement, and industry engagement. Ideal for ambitious postgraduates, young academics, and high achievers, this position serves as a launchpad for future academic leadership in India or abroad. This is a developmental role intended for a tenure of approximately five years at GREMI.

Academic Associates are expected to gain substantial expertise and understanding in their chosen area of specialization during their tenure, preparing for higher academic positions in leading institutions, nationally or internationally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist faculty in preparing and delivering lectures, case studies, seminars, and workshops.
  • Support research projects: literature review, data collection, analysis, and report writing.
  • Facilitate student assessments, grading, and feedback processes under faculty supervision.
  • Organize and manage academic events (guest lectures, conferences, field visits, etc.).
  • Contribute to curriculum design, updating, and digitization initiatives.
  • Maintain academic records, databases, and confidentiality.
  • Mentor and guide students in academic activities and project work.
  • Liaise with industry partners for collaborative academic initiatives.
  • Handle administrative duties related to academic operations as assigned by faculty.

 

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree (first class) in a relevant discipline (Management, Planning, Design, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, or allied fields).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant academia or built environment industry.
  • Applicants with freshly awarded PhDs (with or without experience) are also eligible.

About the Role

The Brand Executive will be responsible for strengthening the university’s brand positioning, driving strategic marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent institutional visibility across digital and on-ground platforms.

The role demands a marketing professional with strong execution capability across branding, campaign management, events, outreach, vendor coordination, and performance-driven digital initiatives.

The incumbent will play a key role in building brand credibility, enhancing admissions funnel quality, and positioning the university as a leader in real estate and built-environment education.

 

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
    • Support implementation of brand strategy aligned with institutional vision.
    • Ensure consistency in communication across digital, print, and on-ground materials.
    • Maintain brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Campaign Planning & Management
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
    • Coordinate admission campaigns, awareness drives, and program launches.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead quality.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing
    • Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
    • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
    • Monitor performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPC, conversion rate).
    • Work with agencies to optimize digital reach and engagement.
  • Event Planning & Outreach
    • Organize seminars, webinars, education fairs, and institutional events.
    • Coordinate outreach initiatives in collaboration with admissions team.
    • Manage event logistics, branding collaterals, and lead capture processes.
  • Vendor & Agency Management
    • Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, printers, and digital vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
    • Monitor vendor performance and budget utilization.
  • Content & Communication
    • Coordinate development of brochures, presentations, website content, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure messaging aligns with institutional tone and target audience (students, promoters, industry leaders).

  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Track marketing KPIs including lead generation, brand reach, and engagement.
    • Prepare monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field is required (MBA preferred), along with 3–6 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the higher education sector. Experience in managing digital campaigns and coordinating with agencies is essential, and exposure to professional or premium education brands will be an added advantage.

About the Role

The Senior Academic Advisor at Gremi will play a pivotal role in driving student enrolment, managing prospective student engagement, and strengthening the university’s admissions pipeline. The role requires a highly structured, target-oriented professional with strong counselling skills, CRM proficiency, and experience in education sales and outreach operations.

The incumbent will represent the university at the front line of student interaction — ensuring seamless conversion from enquiry to admission while upholding institutional standards and brand credibility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Student Counselling & Conversions
    • Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents.
    • Provide detailed guidance on academic programs, especially real estate and built-environment focused courses.
    • Understand candidate profiles and recommend suitable programs.
    • Drive end-to-end conversion from enquiry to enrolment.
  • SCRM & Admission Funnel Management
    • Manage and update CRM systems with complete and accurate lead data.
    • Track enquiry lifecycle from lead generation to admission confirmation.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups on inbound and outbound leads.
    • Generate and monitor application forms and admission documentation.
  • Tele-Calling & Inbound Management
    • Handle ongoing inbound calls professionally.
    • Conduct structured outbound follow-up calls.
    • Maintain daily call logs and conversion reports.
  • Admission Process Coordination
    • Assist candidates in application form filling and documentation.
    • Maintain admission sheets and enrolment data.
